Was on the fence for some time for a 140mm trail bike I can hammer in long desert trips.
The opportunity to buy this sexy frame (actually prefer the girly color to the mens this year) presented an option to build this baby exactly as I wanted :-)
First tested on a 100 miles desert race - it is a great built.
It could be made a little ligher, but for my intended use this works just fine.

Depends on where you ride and your riding style.
I found it to be fast rolling with good enough grip on most cases, beside once when conditions were very muddy.
It also offers good side wall protection without being too heavy.
I like it.
