I didn't debate the two, simply because these forks came available when a friend was selling them so I thought I would try them out

Sure, and caveat I am no elite rider/suspension guru. I really liked the fork, very progressive, no issues with flex I could notice. In the end I took it off, but thats more because where I ride especially in winter I am riding rutted tracks and based on the lowers of the other forks didn't want to ruin the Intend. Also the lack of mudguard is a challenge when riding in winter. May put it back on albeit its late Spring and still wet and muddy in the UK

From a distance great, close up on the tighter junctions E.g behind head tube it has lifted a little. I would say it’s got another season before it gets really tatty, and I would probably spray it next time
