Broken Hope Tech 3 lever clamp. No local stores have spares, it's a Friday arvo and a brand new bike.. so scoured the warranty warehouse I work in for something that would work...boom...bmx stem face plate! Hacksaw to cut it down and I'm set for weekend shreds!

Running WTB vigilantes front and rear, 2,6" 650B Running them with a fast rolling, tough compund rear and high grip, light compund on the front. Gives me very predictable grip both front and rear and the tread pattern works well in most condintions.

Correct if i'm wrong wasnt there a term called "super enduro" was lightly used not long ago To my memory it covered enduro bike in the 170/180mm and 180/180mm enduro bikes ? I do believe my own AluTech Fanes 5.0 with 170/180mm falls into that category. And unless the trail is continuously steep downhill tracks i must agree with other...

This is true. Just the other day I went to ride my bike with dual 650b wheels. As I reached for the bike it suddenly whipped me in the face, told me that it was "too old for this sh!*" then told me to get off the lawn. I went back inside feeling hurt, one; because a tire to the face hurts, and two; I realised that my bike has more stylish whips than me, even in it's old age.
