although not directed at me, these are my methods. if you mean polish, then any mag aluminum wheel polish and elbow grease will do(i use mothers). if you mean strip, there are numerous ways and they all are a pain. the best way is to disassemble the bike and take the frame to a paint shop(preferably one with motorcycle frame experience) and have them chemically strip it. ive had that done locally for $30

i will add, absolutely gutted for Loic. Such a good dude, I am really looking forward to his first win. I think all the other competitors are looking forward to it too. Although with Gwin's time, I dont think he stood a chance even without a flat. Also good to see Loris get a proper podium, another good kid with a bright future. The racing at Windham is so exciting with the times being so tight, it's a shame it won't be on the circuit next year. To hear the racers talking about how good the crowd was makes me...

sheebus, $120 and $162 for a helmet/jersey/shorts/ AND gloves? Credit where credit is due, THE is doing a real solid by coming in with those price points.

There is absolutely no doubt that gear boxes are better than derailleurs in every possible way, but more importantly, someone finished in the top 20 at a WC on a Rux?

i believe they have been outfitting several world cup dh teams with springs for the past couple seasons. giant factory has been using them if im not mistaken. from what i've read they are slightly lighter than ti with a slightly lower price point. and as accurate as you could wish for from a mtb spring. they even dyno each spring individually and ship them with a birth sheet that shows exactly what your spring dyno'd at.
