I think part of the reason that Mtb attracts a different crowd is that it is more costly to get into, more health and stamina based, and altogether a different mentality. BMX has a lot of subcultures though. Racers are basically the same crowd as mtb, trail riders may include some hippies, and street tends to be, well, street kids...

I am no doctor but it sounds like he may have had a peexisiting condition called Marfan syndrome. He has some of the physical attributes asociated with this condition.

I just bought a meta hardtail. Since I live in SoCal I had the option to pick up the bike at the HQ which saved money for shipping. Great service and I love the bike!

Climbing road and fireroad, riding bikepark like trail, some street trial. Very fun but not an enduro loop. (I'm not the Great Keeper of th Enduro Spirit(ed masters is), but i'm sure we don't see it like this.). And it's not a loop.

Now that I have my bike priorities in order, I think it would be nice to get some fresh gear to go along with it. My trail shorts are on their last limb (no pun intended) so a new pair and a matching jersey would be sweet. Maybe a new helmet too if Santa thinks I've been extra good this...
