Wow too bad the two biggest mtb trolls on the internet hijacked your gear launch. If you look at most vital posts @bizutch and @lepigpen are the only people posting and it’s useless information 99% of the time. I commend your customer service efforts for dealing with the bs comments. These dudes are prob still riding the gear they bought in 2006. All while trolling you about your new gear line they have no intention on purchasing. From an average person your gear seems great. cool it’s made In USA.

Yeah the Tall size will be a 35” inseam, we do make custom fit on our Bike Pants though since it’s always gonna be hard to find pants long enough for you. We made a custom 32 waist x 38 inseam Bike Pant in black Ripstop fabric with an extra inch of width down the leg for a looser fit for example. Custom fit is no extra cost on our Bike Pants since we make those to order anyways.

I am also excited to add a Tall option to the new Outdoor Ripstop pants like the rest of our bike pants! They are a new pattern so we sized it between the standard and tall lengths of our Bike Pants for now but I am working on tall sizes for our next batch. I am 6’4, 35 waist/ 34 inseam and wear the size LG for DH laps/ trail work/ rock climbing, it’s a couple inches short but I like that better than baggy until we get the tall sizes.

Yeah getting the placement of the pad in the right spot for different body types is harder for shoulders. Our first prototype is working great but we have to scale more sizes and it was pretty hard to sew the pad into the shoulder since it’s a tight spot so have to work on that too.

Hearing you say that is such a green flag because the 100% jacket I bought was TERRIBLE and I had to rip the shoulder and elbow pads out to bother using it, as chest and back only. Shoulders seem like the MOST difficult pad to actually get right, especially as a compromise of offering proper protection. Lotta motion there, in at least 2 directions. So shaping seems hard.

Need all black gear with black logos & a simple reflective marker on the riders side facing back toward traffic. For pedaling back from a trail up the side of a 2 lane at dusk. Just copy the Nukeproof pant or Rapha (especially Rapha's phone pocket location) & you'll be golden.

Stretch waist pants with ripstop that are sub-100? The knee/shin looks quite good as well. Kinda hope they try a limited run of shoulder pad only tees in the future cuz that option has gone away in the industry and I kinda wanna pair it with my normal chest and elbows for... "progression days" if you will

A lot of people have enduro bikes only but definitely want the downhill bike for this trail if you have it. The other courses in this series an enduro bike is pretty even but the big bike is a huge benefit on this track especially since there is no pedal spots except the short finish sprint. The GoPro effect is real and Jake is such a smooth rider on a DH bike too… my personal GoPro laps have about 6 audible rim dings per lap and a few groans from bottoming out so hard on my DH bike 😂
