Additional Info
Been building up this frame for the past couple of months and it's only been completed for a few weeks. Love the handling so far. It's been awesome on everything from XC rides to bike park laps.
However there's a few things I'm planning on replacing because of discomfort. This includes the saddle and maybe even the stem and/or handlebar. It's the first bike I've built up myself and I've looked exclusively at the functional aspect and more or less ignored the ergonomic and comfort aspects. Lesson learned.
There's some additional components on the bike that are worth mentioning:
- Oneup Components EDC toolkit inside the OneUp Components EDC stem
- OneUp Components EDC pump mounted at the bottle cage mount
- Fidlock Twist 450ml bottle and magnetic bottle cage (fits perfectly between the frame and the shock)
- Oh and there's Shimano 203mm 6-bolt Ice Tech rotors on both the front and the rear
I'm very happy with the overall build. Pedals well and is simply great on the downhill.
