2020 Santa Cruz Bronson Al 2

2020 aluminum Bronson with full Shimano m8100 XT build, Fox Factory suspension (160mm front and 150mm rear) and dropper, Industry Nine Enduro 305 wheels and Maxxis Minion DHF 2.5 EXO Max Terra in front and DHR2 EXO Max Terra in the rear (for now).

So much happy with this build.
Race Face cockpit with carbon Next R 35mm bars cut down to 780mm and mounted to a Turbine R 50mm stem. Ergon GE1 grips.
Industry Nine Enduro 305 wheels.
Boost specs, of course. Shimano-MTB XT 4-piston brakes front and rear with 180mm rotors front and rear, so good!
Fox DPX2 that I will be getting custom tuned by DirtLabs Suspension.
Shimano XT 12 speed I-Spec EV2 mount shifter.
Love how the Shimano dropper lever integrates with the Fox Transfer dropper AND utilizes the I-Spec EV2 mount to the brake lever clamp, clean! Also, the lever actuation is smooth, tight and just right.
Chris King Precision Components Dropset 3 headset. Look at that clean cockpit, and the weight savings from just two clamps!
I'm down with VPP.
Orange Industry Nine Hydra hubs front and rear for a little subdued bling and practical instant engagement.
Shimano XT 12speed derailler shifting on a 10-51 XT cassette, talk about range!
150mm Fox Transfer dropper with a Ti railed WTB Silverado saddle.
Twenty Seven Five for life! Seriously, I've ridden a BUNCH of equivalent travel 29'ers and simply just did not have as much fun riding the bigger wheels even if they are a little faster in some situations. It's all about how much fun I can have when I ride these days.
More orange goodness.
175mm XT cranks with a 34 tooth ring because I like to go fast, and non-caged XT pedals (cages/platforms are just dead weight to me). I started riding SPD's in 1991. Simply, they work really well all the time.
Might as well embrace the new tech with the 35mm bar clamp. I like that the new spec supposedly allows Race Face to engineer a better lighter carbon bar. 5 up, 8 back and always 20mm rise. Been running carbon bars for 20 years now, love them.
Shred weapon.
