Hey everyone, thanks for checking this out. I am putting on a fundraiser with the help of few brands to support the people that were affected by the huge fire in Northern California last winter. 75% of the proceeds will go to paying for group and family therapy sessions and 25% will go to buying bikes for kids who want to join the high school mountain bike team and find a positive outlet. $10 bucks to enter and you could walk away with about 10k in prizes and gear. Just a thought. What if it’s not Flax. What if it’s Hemp? Hemp is strong, light, cheap, renewable, and can be weaved into fabric. Or maybe I’ve lived in Colorado too long and have no idea what I’m talking about.

Let me start by saying I am no way in insider, I have very little knowledge of things going on behind the scenes, and most of my knowledge is gained from this site… so don’t crucify me over this idea. A few things have got me thinking lately about what a split series year would look like in mountain biking, similar to the way Supercross and Motocross are set up. Could it work? I envision shorter DH tracks, zero pedaling, and full runs being televised. Basically the supercross equivalent of being under the lights. Rider’s skills would be more exposed...

9/21/2018 9:42am Like other people have been saying, if its not leaking then leave it be. If anything, trying to bend it back might make it worse. With a big impact like that im assuming the rim has a flat spot also. Might be a good idea to look into a new rim soon.

remove your tire and straighten the wall of the rim with an adjustable (crescent) wrench. OR if it's not leaking- just leave it alone.
