Neko Mulally and Jill Kintner crowned champs in Colorado.

The 2019 U.S. National Downhill Championship race has concluded at Trestle Bike Park in Winter Park, Colorado. The long course was loose and rocky but also spread out with some pedal-filled traverses. Neko Mulally defended his 2018 Pro Men's National DH title and won again today against 35 other competitors. The Top 4 men were separated by less than four seconds. Neko edged out Charlie Harrison (2nd), who recently returned from injury, by 2.95 seconds. Dakotah Norton (3rd) was just .10 seconds off Charlie and Bruce Klein (4th) was just another .5 back.

Jill Kintner was crowned women's National DH champion. She was seen in Vital RAW riding an enduro bike with a singlecrown fork and managed to take the win by 4.57 seconds over Clare Hamilton (2nd). Kialani Hines (3rd) and Caroline Washam (4th) were off the top pace, but had an extremely close battle for 3rd and 4th respectively, just .19 seconds apart. Defending champ, Samantha Soriano finished 5th. Matthew Sterling and Autumn Parham took Junior 17-18 victories.
