i am invoking the MTBer's creed chapter 3, article 7; thou shalt always have at least one side on level/horizontal photo of the bicycle. so as to conform to the creed as codified, otherwise known as... 'the greater good'

That drivetrain really is a work of art though, very nice. That tends to be the first place I look to save money, but a pretty one sure does pop.

Looks like shimano XT's which is kinda' a sin on a hope bike with hope brakes. Needs hope rotors badly.

I would happily ride this bike; not necessarily what I would choose to spec (except the tires, that's dead on), but excellent choices all around nonetheless.
