Hey guys, I'll be there pedaling for broke on my big bike. Hope to see tons of people, if you see someone on a yellow and blue Rocky Mountain Flatline say hi cause I don't think anyone else will be riding one.

Hey guys, last weekend I got a little crazy and raced in the pro category, pushed too hard and ended up separating my shoulder. Second degree. I am doing the Codman exercises, sling and ice, seen the specialist. Any advice on anything i could do to speed up the recovery? Anything? Thanks!!!!

To eat in Monterey: Papa Chano's on Alvarado has good mexican food. Pizza My Heart at the Del Monte Center has GREAT pizza. The Chipotle just down from it isn't bad at all. What if you did downhill runs in a jam format? Something like have enough time for each person that qualified for the final to have a few runs and let the competitors jam it out. If someone gets knocked off the top spot then they might be able to cut to the front of the line(in case it was right...
