Separated shoulder.

don't smoke. i just got fractured on my medial malleolus 3 weeks ago and the doctors told me not to smoke cause it's slow down any healing. but in case anyone cares for sad news, my bone decided to move anyway so now i'm getting surgury and some Ti hardware tommorow morning. no walking for at least 8 weeks they say. at least your injury was DHing. i got hit by a minivan. but it's okay, i'm going to watch every single video ever on the VitalMTB archive.

I working back from a dislocated shoulder right now. one thing everyone does is too much too soon. It's better to come back and not have to worry about it. REHAB I like to say that word cause I feel like a celebrity.
