I don't buy the 'poor line choice' story - and even if it is, that's a weird excuse to use when trying to sell a system to average riders who are even more likely to make bad line choices. It looked like the place where Baz flatted is where you drop down onto a wooden bridge - it's completely flat...

Don't forget that these are massive companies, of which Downhill is a tiny part of their marketing programme. 4-5 seasons ago both Specialized and Giant didn't even have a podium competing World Cup team, even if Specialised do lose one of their bigger two athletes, there will most definitely be a reason why.

Ya, you're right. Because Specialized are probably so strapped for cash due to the millions of bikes they are selling. Actually no, they probably have more cash than most of the other teams combined. This is my 2010 showreel. I've had a great year, met a load of new people and come a long way. Tried to incorporate not only my better shots, but also my best memories of the year in this video. The song might not be a conventional MTB video song, but it's a great tune from 2010, which also has a lot of good memories. Enjoy!

You kidding? CRC is a multi million dollar/pound company. They could definitely afford to pay Sam Hill if they wanted. Perhaps they are cutting their team and only having a few top riders!? Who knows! Madison Saracen are also a UK brand who are getting in a new rider. Rumour has it...
