My guess is that maybe this was just after he realised they failed. The section before this doesn't really require much braking so it could have taken the time until he hit this bit to realise they'd failed. Then, obviously he couldn't slow down so hit the netting.

It isn't true. If you want to film the race runs, and you aren't working for a team, you have to pay to show race runs. That money however goes to the UCI not Red Bull. Same as the last few years IIRC. Red Bull are going to be broadcasting it, not sure if it's gonna be live yet.

So no Shaun o'connor on th yeti team. Where is he going? Also, lapierre international is now down as an XC only team. So we might see Blenky and Cam Cole on a different lapierre team?

As I said, I don't think he's on the World Team. He could still be riding a Devinci. I heard it from a pretty reputable source.
