Thanks for the response! I would love to buy it, but then I would have to be shipping the shock to Italy everytime it needs service... I'm not in the mood to buy such an expensive shock and have to deal with those types of problems after the purchase... Cheers

And about the Ohlins, I doubt that the masters of suspension can make a coil shock feel bad, but that's a fair point. @Klink du kul 11-6 is too...

I can only see the Ibex and the Citius in reasonable weights and skinwall. About Maxxis skinwall options, they only have the 2.3 DHF skinwall option...

The problems were on previous versions of the Patrol mainly! That's why Transition made their frames so heavy! People are starting to think their enduro bikes are made to ride bike parks and jumps that were dh and freeride bikes terrain, that's why they broke so many chainstays. New bikes are beefier, but only time will tell if they hold it, I myself just received my Patrol and really like the SBG thing!

11/30/2017 4:40am I think that they will work fine with coil shocks. If you try to mix a coil fork with an air shock, I think the fork will always dive more than the shock, making the bike feel awkward. But that's just a guy that never tried a coil fork talking... It would be nice to hear from coil users!
