Mavens feel too powerful for my lack of braking finesse, these seem like a complimentary spec for the bike. I’m 155llb though so that might be helping? I didn’t catch the brakes he was riding, and tbh I thought the Tallboy I rode had mavens until I checked my photos afterwards. I didn’t think about the brakes, which to me is a great sign.

Hey! I only say this to address this comment, as my feedback might be deceiving. I'm likely riding a bike well beyond an acceptable tuning limit for mass consumption. I don't ride like that 24/7 because it's plain unsustainable for me at this stage in life, but when my appetite surpasses self preservation I can dip in there. Yeahh. Sorry, not sorry haha. This is honestly my preferred seat wu, and I pedal quite a lot. This version of the Silverado is actually quite nice and it doesn't feel like it's as nose up as it looks. Like anything else, it's all about what you're used to. If a saddle has more forward tilt to it, I feel like I have too much pressure in my hands while seated.
