In my opinion, the social (esp IG) influencer personality and content has a shelf life. People are going to catch on to how disingenuous it is, and it’s going to become more and more transparent how ‘advertisey’ it is. When we make a move to work with someone of any stature, be it mega pro to local ripper / good person their social reach is far from a metric we place value on. It might seem ridiculous but we place human contact and interaction value so far beyond any social bs. I find it a shame that so many companies...

Cathro said in a podcast interview pretty much that it was only the crowdfunding from Patreon that allowed him to make Cathrovision - youtube income alone would not cover his costs.

12/20/2019 6:32am Good observation. In fact, I am not sure there were any pictures from this past season....maybe one with his mechanic but that's it. Some might say don't read into it but it seems pretty purposeful to just show pics of the previous teams.

12/16/2019 1:30pm If I recall from last year, this is when Charlie Harrison visited Madison to put together his press stuff for the coming team announcement roll out they did. I can tell you this, Florian is not coming to do some boating on Lake Monona or Mendota.

11/25/2019 2:27pm I am guessing adjusting to all the new components surrounding the bike didn't help him either (e.g., Kenda tires, new shock system, new rims and drivetrain, etc.). Heck, during the new team ride press stuff he was doing in January with Gwin and Neko, I believe he took a pretty good fall that knocked him out of full participation.

That is a great shout, it would be amazing. American super team. Gwin confirmed a third "new" rider had been added when talking to him at the Path bike shop Intense demo this weekend...
