There's more, a pedelec (e-bike) in Europe is limited to 250 W of assist and up to 25 kph, afte which it cuts off. If i read correctly, a Class 1 e-bike in the US is up to 750 W and up to 20 mph, which does explain all of the 'easy chip tuning' to 750 W in Europe. If...

FYI regarding e-bike and women specific, i have read in this thread that there are news coming from Canyon on 1st of march and 8th of march. So it could just as well be both options coming out. After all, they did unveil the Spectral and the Torque in the space of a week or two, where both were shown...

Doubt it, it's been updated for 2018 with the spec and the Spectral and Torque have been shown soon after that. Are there any women's versions of the Spectral on offer currently? This is a girl riding the silhouette, correct?

Hah, apparently the admins are deleting eTap pictures. Trying my luck here :D Looks like it's just a Red eTap body with an Eagle cage mounted, at least in the pictures on the Czech site. Which is interesting, since the P-shaped cage supposedly works with the X-horizon derailleur body, which is not something Red has. The buttons do look nice...

An e.13 drivetrain would go well with YT's current offerings, where they use e-13 cassettes and Shimano shifting parts and are saying you don't need Eagle.

How can the oozy have a platform that's too large (a negative), while the Spike has a large platform as a benefit? They are the same platform (with the oozy being milled out more to weigh less). Also, while good, these pedals eat through bearings and bushings. I've never had bearing/bushing problems in my previous 15 years of riding, riding Shimano SPDs, up to and including the XT level while racing XC, then riding the same set of Syncros Meathooks for 7 seasons, and they are still used now. Sure, the Meathooks had play and worn bushings, but they didn't...

I just watched the Earthed and F1RST sections form Champery again and it's amazing how people from the circuit were saying things like 'Sam comes out as the spiritual winner and will be remembered as such', when in fact it's been remembered as one of the gnarliest and best runs in history, period.
