Maybe the UCI should strive for more than 5 DH events... There are 52 weeks in a year and I'm sure they are asking a lot of cash for minimal return.
Look at supercross, something like 16 events in 17 weeks. That's a race season.

Anyone with half a legal brain should have seen this coming. Unless DW's camp of engineers and lawyers are completely moronic, they should have know they can not patent a concentric pivot design and knowing that, they should have known that treks leverage ratios suspension layout is entirely different outside of using a concentric pivot. Hell that would be like (insert bike company here) trying to patent the bicycle wheel with an axle in the center in their frames for that matter. Waste of time and money, although the only reason I could see that they did file a suit...

$10,000?! Someone got ripped off! You should easily be able to build that bike with Enve rims at the $10k price mark, otherwise save yourself $4k and buy somewhere else

I have a pair of Sombrio x-slats, great flat pedal shoes. But from a business perspective, who ok'd this plan? As much as I love biking and would love to see it become as big as to have your own retail stores, it would never happen. I would imagine there is some firings coming up and already angry investors, but frankly, those investors should have done their dd before they dropped, what I am sure is millions of dollars on this opportunity. Good luck, I am sure some ib or pe firm will have a field day with this.

Called, left a msg, no call back, called left a msg AGAIN, no call back. You have officially lost a potential customer for life. BTW I am a 28yr with a masters degree in finance and LOTS of money to spend on bikes, spent well over $20k on bike stuff this year alone. Looks like Cane Creek will get my money now.
