4/30/2020 10:21am Any chance that you might consider creating a new link for the 18/19 Sentinel that mimics the leverage curve of the new bike so that we can party harder in the woods with our current bikes? I've got my life savings tied up in my build so a new frame isn't in the cards but I'm drooling over the thought...

4/9/2020 9:12am Coaching - as others have said. Being an “experienced” age, I was confident I knew what I was doing. I’ve been riding off road bikes since I was a kid - pre BMX - jumping my “dragster”. I still race MX - in the “vet’s” class. After a few crashes - I relented and payed for some coaching. The content is great, and has had a hugely beneficial effect. The “delivery” is basically “mind blowing” - I have never been exposed to training at this level. (And I have received and delivered A LOT of training.) This is a screen...

4/9/2020 9:02am IDK man. That is an interesting question. Coming from DH and DH-Duro, and having ridden several different bikes and components my honest opinion is the brakes. I feel like I can make most suspension products feel good with some tuning. Tires and inserts make a huge difference but I will sometimes run my tires till they are near balding. All the components make small differences. To me though, if i jump on a bike with Guide Rs, I will ride much more hesitantly compared to my new TRP evos or even my old saints that would have inconsistent lever pull...

4/9/2020 8:56am For me it was a combination of things. 4 years ago I started out with an off the shelf base specialized camber 29, a left over from 2015. 4 bikes later, and I just finished a frame up build of an S-Works Enduro 29. In racing against the top people of my age on the east coast, Ive found what I like, and what I dont like as far as components and setup. They are all well and good. Pretty much just buy the most expensive things you can and your bike will feel better. However, my biggest upgrade, at...

1/22/2019 9:11pm Great looking bike Paxx. Great taste in suspension and wheel manufacturer. (same as mine lol) This is one of the few bikes I've seen on here that I like as much as my own and I'm picky!! Have fun shredding that beast!

1/22/2019 9:42am As with all things, there are trade offs in a build. In this case it came down to weight. I would have preferred the tire profile and strength of the agent but the 3mm difference doesn’t create a drastic difference in profile and with a no questions asked warranty, the strength concerns were mitigated (not that I’m worried - these things are quality!). At the end of the day I knew I wanted full coil and in order to keep the bikes weight reasonable, I shaved grams elsewhere. Plus I’ve always been a fan of reducing rotating weight anyways. I...

1/22/2019 7:31am Nice build, how the Revgrips behave on real world? BTW impecable cable routing set up , what do you think about routing the front brake behind the left leg ( ala Marzocchi) ?

1/22/2019 7:31am The RevGrips work well. It’s not earth shattering but imo it’s worth the money. The movement is subtle enough that you don’t notice it when riding unless you are paying attention to it. That said it moves enough that it is isolating your hands from some of the trail chatter for sure. With the snow this time of year I haven’t had the chance to do full on 45min+ descents yet or park days, but I certainly haven’t noticed any arm pump or hand fatigue on the rides I’ve done so far. I’m definitely happy with them. And thanks for...
