Thx Thom, I also ride an HT and currently use a Maxxis Aspen 2.4. It's pretty harsh and the grip is marginal if best. I have a 2.6 DHF/DHR tires on my FS bike, will try your setup. Thx again

NIce Bike, BTW do you find any handling advantage having the rear tire much wider than the front tire. Understand the Recon is much faster and has a lower grip than the DHRII.
