The boys were announced official World Record holders today! BOOSH. From their Facebook page: "The news came in today from Guinness: 'The record is official! We are thrilled to inform you that your application for Greatest vertical descent on a mountain bike in 24 hours has been successful and you are now the Guinness World Record Title Holder! Thanks grinch. But just to be clear, we took the summit entry to the race course, as they did for the race in 06, as dead dog would have been unrideable in those conditions unfortunately. And once our course was chosen we had to repeat the same line as per Guinness requirements, so even when conditions improved we had to keep riding the summit entrance.
