The rear wheel is boost. Even if you can cram a 150 in there, because of the wider hub the brake disc will not be in the same location (2mm closer to the frame) and won't line up with the caliper. Probably best to run the hub the frame was designed to work with.

I've actually been running their TRS soft compound tires on my M16 for DH and they've held up great. The bike will look even sharper when I'm running the wheels and tires next year
