3/4/2026 11:24am I was over riding Mt Prevost a while back and saw Mark and Dane riding together. I heard some local riders talking about Mark being hired by Giant as a DH coach. He's seems like a great guy, cool job for him if that's true and a good edition to the team.

1/12/2026 2:52pm Will be interesting contrast for Dylan going from what looks like one of the most professional teams to what looks like the most unprofessional. The Pivot DH bike does look pretty sick. If Dylan can put his head down and not get caught up in team drama he should be good.

Their enduro team was done last year but they graciously kept me on board for this year with my contract having another year on it. Sounds obvious of course, but the bike industry isn't always so giving. The DH team took me in and I had a blast all year long, which was the main reason for doing DH at the end of the year. I just wanted to hang out with the team some more, and who wouldn't take the chance to race World Cup DH while they can. As for next year, stay tuned.

I think it will be a very interesting off-season. Many riders who were unlucky this season will probably stay on the track. The new UCI rules are not good for the majority of riders, especially since there is no feeder series. I assume that riders ranked below 22nd will have a very difficult time. Greenland, Hatton, Hart, Wilson are some of the ones I'm worried about. Wilson has a team, just like Gwin. But both riding and managing seem difficult to me today. Kerr is good, but his injury has ruined his season. There will be a big shake-up and...

As of today, this would put teams like Rogue racing and Santa Cruz Goodman in the top 15. I don't know what the fee is that WBD charges elite teams to register but I imagine it's not cheap these days...
