Yes I imagine Vali's base salary is higher..and rumors I heard were with bonuses, personal contracts with companies like Adidas etc. that Vali is doing much better than 100k per annum. Good for her.

Danny Hart's GT Fury caught a lot of attention this past World Cup season as it had some notable structural frame modifications to increase compliance. Frameworks will likely be in the top 15 ranked teams. Depending on what rumors you believe, by my calculations (see spreadsheet a few posts up), they will be somewhere between 11 and 15. Even if they are in the 15-20 range, they would likely get a wildcard due to their public image. I don't know if Neko will want to pay the fees to become a world series team, but Angel, Asa, and Anna (if she is going to be on the team) can all race the world cups based on their personal rankings. Neko himself is not ranked high...

Couldn't agree more, so many people getting angry about misinformation and conjecture. World Cup racing has been in flux since it's inception. This is just the next change in a long line of changes. Seems to me that the main source of anger on the forums and comments sections is that it's no longer "free" to watch DH racing. But for those of use who have paid to watch the DH racing (especially the womens) has been some of the best ever. What I gather from this forum is that the World Cup should be free to enter for anyone...
