awol12 Liked a product review Spoon Seat, Come Together with My Butt!

The Charge Spoon saddle checks off all the main points for me, comfortable, lightweight, quality construction, and not over-priced. I have been riding my Spoon saddle for two full years and have been very happy with my choice. The Spoon saddle isn't anything special in its tech, but in its on trail use, it's great! The Spoon saddle has a very nice profile, not too small and not too big in the seat. The nose is long enough to slide onto for climbs, but not too long to cause any interference when pedaling. I have found the nose to be...

FreonMTB Liked a product review Minute Pro 120mm = Excellent fork

Highly adjustable! Can be as plush or as stiff as you want it to be. Initial compression is handled by the spring (which you can switch out to set proper sag) then the remaining compression is controlled by the MARS system. Reliable and tracks terrain well. Best buy for the money. You can pay hundreds more and not get this level of performance. Very good fork!

by Brandon Turman Just a few years ago the options for a good flat pedal shoe were very limited. Edit that, there was only one real option. Since then a handful of companies entered the market and we're now lucky to have several options to choose from. Teva came out swinging when they introduced the Links shoes last year - they were bold, they were bright, and they were designed in collaboration with one of our sport's greats, Jeff Lenosky. Just one year later they're quickly expanding their mountain bike lineup to meet the needs of nearly every rider -...

bturman Liked a product review 2014 Test Sessions: Niner ROS 9

Reviewed by Brandon Turman and Evan Turpen // Photos by Lear Miller Billed as a hardtail for riders that don’t like hardtails, Niner's new ROS 9 brings the simplest form of mountain biking up to speed in a glorious, in your face, 4130 Cro-Mo fashion. Niner isn’t shy about what the bike was intended for, and when questioned about the ROS name you’re likely to hear “RIDE OVER SH*T!” It’s a fitting name, too, because that’s exactly what us bunch of hooligans did during our 2014 Vital MTB Test Sessions in Sedona, Arizona. Buried deep in a garage filled with...
