This is a neat lil' bike right here.
I've been through a few modern DH bikes recently, and what attracted me to the Forbidden was the boost 148 hub spacing, 29" compatibility and smart/serviceable bearing and pivot design, all packaged in a reasonably familiar kinematic/wheelpath with some kick-ass paint.
I immediately felt at home on this rig, despite the shorter (measured) reach and quite high stack. I'm still dialing in the shock tune, but everything else seems perfect. It has me stoked for some more DH racing this season!
