Yeah it does seem a bit off unless that frame has some very thin tubing. A steel frame with dual crown, alloy wheels, coil shock, Ochain, huge rotors, 4 pot brakes and more. It seems like it would have to be a bit heftier than claimed. I've seen crazier things though.. so who knows.

It is mentioned in the capture, that the fender is still missing, but I added a picture with the fender I printed.

Ha, they use a 180lb 5'4" guy--very heavy for that height. Should be using a 5'3" 130lb person if you really want to talk about size differences. The bike feels the weight more than the height. 45lbs between the two in nothing compared to ~100lbs. Also, if they want the same experience, the tall guys handlebars are way too low and the 5'4" guys are way too high. 5'4" guy should have at least a -5deg stem and flat bar with no spacers under stem. Tall guy needs at least 60mm riser bars and a couple more spacers to get...

Surprised that your galootness does not notice the VERY different rider position relative to the rear axle, indicated by the saddle positions in the first picture. Sure, you can lengthen the CS, but that changes the whole equation. One of the most important things frame makers can do size-wise is make larger bikes (that are supposed to have climbing ability) with an appropriately steep (effective) seattube angles. This is especially important with frame designs that utilize an offset (from bottombracket) seattube. 80* will be good for most enduro bikes.
