Press releases, announcements, and talking about it. We thought it would be a good idea to fire up this one convenient thread as the go-to place to post breaking MTB product and industry news (don't worry, the juicy stuff will definitely be shared and talked about in the main Tech Rumors thread just as usual).
Expect anything from a couple of pics and a short blurb to full-on press releases with the marketing fluff that we all love and cherish. And of course, chime in with your thoughts, reactions, and any news that we might have missed!

Propain Updates the Spindrift with New Colors and Build Kit Naming Convention
Propain makes the Spindrift for riders who need a freeride bike that can deal with anything from a pedal-powered enduro adventure to a week in the bike park. It can be built up with a single or a dual crown fork, while still taking a regular wide-range drivetrain and a dropper post if you want it to.
For 2026, Propain is giving the Spindrift some fresh new colors, and an updated naming convention that is more in line with what the bike is.
The Spindrift AL comes in the new Midnight Blue color, with build kits starting at €3,099.00 in the base spec. The Spindrift CF will be available in
two new colors going forward: Strawberry Lipgloss and Oat Milk, with build kits starting at €3,699.00 in the base spec. The existing Spindrift Park
variant is being renamed to become the Spindrift Dual Crown which should more accurately reflect the true character of this bike (presumably Propain not wanting to limit this bike to just "park" riding, but rather a wider audience also interested in "speed" and "gravity" in the broader sense). The Spindrift AL Dual Crown starts at €3,399.00 in the base spec.
