Hi, does anyone have experience doing their own rim swap with a warranty replacement from Reserve?

The way it normally works is Reverse sends the bike shop the rim and they give them a credit ($100usd/$120cad) for the labour.

Has anyone had the rim sent straight to them a built it themselves?

I sent Santa Cruz a pic of a damaged rim and Santa Cruz sent me a new rim. Yes.

Yes. Twice this summer. Easy peasy

I chose to then have mine built in shop as I was on a long trip during both and needed help(didn’t utilize credit as I have custom wheelsets)

Reserve is easy and great to deal with

On this note, has anyone dealt with raceface's wheel warranty?  Just picked up a set of ARC 30 HD rims and wondering.

In my experience when I had an issue on an original Turbine set I broke a sh1t load of spokes and they just sent a complete new turbine wheel out. no issues with that wheelset Since that one odd moment
