can you guys pay attention throughout the weekend to see if he switches to aluminum rims throughout the weekend? curious to see if these things will stand up to Val di sol's legendary gnar.

I believe the 'RACH' probably stands for 'Rachel'... But I'm also curious as to whether or not she'll move over. If she's running them at Val di Sol, they're in for a good bit of hell!

I don't think you can compare their lightweight XC rim with their DH / enduro rim. If you buy a sub 400g alu rim it's never going to be strong.

I'm not comparing...though i will say that I've had far more robust xc rims than this piece of crap. it's an embarrassment to the hope pro evo 2 hub that's attached to it.
