Vital Gear Club Box #2 contents stacked and looking good. Box #3 is looking killer, too! Thanks to all who have signed up so far.

/// Here's what was in the letter we sent with the box ///
Welcome to the Vital MTB Gear Club! If this is your second box, we’re stoked to have you back. If this is your first time receiving Gear Club, we’re pumped you decided to join our subscription box service.

Hunker down, winter is will be over soon, we promise! If you live in a warm climate and are riding like there’s no tomorrow, shed a tear for your frozen, wet friends who aren’t so lucky. In the meantime, we have some goodies that will keep you and your bike riding fresh no matter what the conditions.

Exclusive Vital / Ride or Die Stainless Steel Mug – Vital MTB is amped to bring you an exclusive collab product with the Ride or Die crew. Ryan “R-Dog” Howard, Logan Peat and Paul Genovese are some of the most stylish and technical freeride mountain bikers in the world, and they put that style and lust for all things MTB into their own brand, Ride or Die. Every time you sip from our collab mug, you’ll feel like you’re one step closer to doing those super steezy motowhips that R-Dog does.
Vital MTB Stack Logo Snapback Hat – Classy, stylish and representing.
Deity Knuckleduster Grips – Vital’s testers gave Deity’s Knuckleduster grips 4.5 out of 5 stars, which is a tough rating to earn! The rider-owned-and-operated company puts their heart and soul into every detail of their products and the Knuckleduster grips are no exception. Your hands will thank you.
Trail Builder Socks – An ode to those who work so hard to make the trails we love so much. Don’t forget to get involved with your local trail-building initiatives if you’re not already! Winter is the best time to dig.
Finish Line 5-Brush Kit – If you don’t have this versatile assortment of brushes, you’ll wonder how you ever cleaned your bike without them. If you do have them, you know more is always better!
Muc-Off Nanotech Cleaner – A clean bike is a happy bike and Muc-Off has been in the business of keeping bikes happy with the perfect pink cleaner since 1994.
Untapped Slopeside Syrup – Organic, all-natural, unique and straight from the trees you might be trying to avoid on the trail (if you live in Vermont). We think you’ll be surprised with this trail-side shot.
Clif Bar – One of the original tasty energy bars, you can never have too many of these in your stash.
If you have any problems with your order or with the products in your Gear Club box, we’re here to help. Please contact us via email - support@vitalmtb.com. If you need to make changes to your account, login at https://gearclub.vitalmtb.com/my-account/

So how is everyone getting their stuff in Europe? I have rerouted through a friend in Germany to get it to Portugal (this people are crazy in the Customs), but, in Germany things got a little more complex lately with tarifs and Trump thing, but the package got their fine (others from the US were stopped). I can imagine it gets "repacked" in the UK? If so maybe I'll risk it and send it directly to Portugal.
On another note, loved the last one, but shame about the Santa Cruz cap. Vital club stuff was always "bike brand" neutral, this one was not. I think I will give it to someone, as I don't even have a Santa Cruz - lovely bikes though.

Agree +1 with the Santa Cruz hat... it's something we paid for that's useless unless we own a Santa Cruz.

Like, not to start an argument, but why is it useless unless you own a santa cruz? I've got a two now and i'm stoked but I ride an Intense, should I not be wearing them? I've got chromag hats and currently don't have chromag stuff on any bikes, it looks great. Its a hat and unless it somehow doesn't work (aka, doesn't go on your head) it not all that useless. Throw it on a shelf in you're shop at home. You don't need to own a thing to own a branded hat. If that were the case there are a lot of people that own sports teams

Because I don't like Santa Cruz. So why would I pay for and wear something I don't like? LOL

BTW - there's no argument here, I'm just speaking for myself... if it's useful to you, then go for it.

"You don't need to own a thing to own a branded hat."

I know, but even if I don't wear them much, I choose my hats based on likes and brands that I support.
No argument here, it's just a question of taste and, some common sense because it's well known that people like to support "their" brands like their clubs and teams. ;D

I found the opposite to be true and would prefer more gear from bike brands rather than Vital. Considering ending my subscription because I now have a wardrobe full of Vital branded stuff and don’t need more

Box #1 was great; I literally found a use for everything in this box.
Ride 100% beanie
Maxima Chain Lube
Marsh Guard
Lezyne LED
Some snacks
Just the one VITAL-branded item (shirt)

Box #2 also good - the Vital cup is actually nice.
Deity Grips
Finish Line Brush Kit
Muc-Off cleaner
Trail Builder Socks
More snacks
VITAL Cup (good)
VITAL hat (meh)

Box #3 wasn't great... just had the All Mountain Style frame guard (awesome)
All Mountain Style frame guard
Giant air pressure gauge for cars, not bikes lol
Flat repair kit
Peaty sealant
VITAL tshirt
VITAL gear strap
Some more snacks

Box #4 was the worst - FOUR Vital branded items... and onf of the featured items is A POSTER. What?
Pedros multitool
Pedros tire levers
Handlebar bell
Some more snacks
VITAL jersey
VITAL water bottle
VITAL poster
VITAL stickers

Box #5 was a little better - had the useful gloves, oil, and chain link tool. but it also included the frame-brand-specific Santa Cruz hat and another 3 Vital branded things.
Clever link tool
Finish Line stanchion oil
Finish Line gloves
Some more snacks
SANTA CRUZ hat
VITAL shirt
VITAL Socks
VITAL Stem Cap

Like t-stoff said, "Bike brand neutral" works for all of us. Box #6 is coming soon, depending on the contents of Box #6 I might reconsider my sub.

Don't get me wrong - $55/every other month for MTB gear is pretty good, and I'm all for "saving up to 50% off retail." The gear club idea is pretty cool, kudos to Vital for the program.

However I was expecting the type of variety that box #1 and #2 had in terms of the brands we all like, and not so much VITAL marketing items. The only VITAL item I kept was the cup... everything else was money I spent and gave away to others.

Go figure... the most recent Box #6 tracking number doesn't work for my order, still stuck in pre-ship since October 9th and I'm fairly local to where they ship out.

Going downhill fast indeed. Just got my box today and was even more disappointed in person. Not only is the hoody ugly, but it also fits poorly. Overall, not a ton of value in this one for me.
