It was great seeing the local crowds come out today. Aaron's win made it special for them as the Star Spangled Banner was played during the mens podium. -Sven Martin
Peaty took more than one plunge today. Just because he's the oldest competitor here today doesn't mean he can't celebrate his 2nd place in style. Photo by Gary Perkin
Yeah Needles! Back on the podium after some difficult races! Photo by Gary Perkin

Florian is easily the best women's jumper on the World Cup circuit right now. She is also pretty dang fast. She closed the gap on Rachel on the last section and finished second today, narrowing the overall points gap between her and Tracy. -Sven Martin
Alex Rankin is enjoying being back on the circuit. He has a unique steady-cam technique. The riders can thank him for using wheel destroying rocks that make their way in to the ruts. Chris Ball in audio. -Sven Martin
A blast from the past and nearby Woodstock! -Sven Martin
America's future in downhill looks good with junior riders like Austin Warren (23rd) and Neko Mulally (27th). Good job boys, and on American soil too. -Sven Martin
Lapierre's Bruni Loic was another fast junior rider only two seconds behind Troy Brosnan. Bruni is still a first-year junior and had an awesome finish for 14th today. Merci. (Photonerd Note - John Parkin FAIL for no lens hood, farmer's tan with vest, and filming with sunglasses) -Sven Martin
Peaty and Needles both stoked and deserving of their second and third place rides today. These guys earned their spots in a true downhill battle not plagued by weather or mechanicals. -Sven Martin
Its been a while since Rachel Atherton stood on the top step of the podium. It's great to see her overcome those injuries and demons and get back up there! Photo by Gary Perkin
52 podiums for Peaty now and a good ride for second today. He will be pumped going into Labresse. Good job on giving the kids a spanking. Won't Back Down! All this with a broken wrist too, let's not forget. -Sven Martin
