Specialized recently hosted a ribbon cutting for their new-and-improved backyard pump track. They invited a few friends over and served up a boatload of piping-hot street tacos and icy-cold brews. In January 2009, Chris *Doc* Boudreaux showed us his prototype Superco Silencer downhill bike. Designed and handmade by Chris in Utah, the Silencer was a light, aggressive and refined version of the jackshaft DH bikes he had been creating for some 10 years previous.

Neil's season was going well as he was leading the UK Gravity Enduro series heading into the Trans Savoie race. There, a crash and a shoulder injury meant an early flight home. Since then his main objective has been getting fit and back on the bike. It looks like he is feeling prime in the video. Those corners didn't stand a chance as he destroyed them all.
