Overall Review:

I originally got a pair of these grips with a new bike I bought a few years back, I’ve got very few of the parts left from that bike, but the grips are still hanging in there. I just moved them onto another bike.  I much prefer the single inboard lock ring as I ride with my hands at the edge of the grips, the edge of my hand goes numb with the dual lock ring style of grips.  If you like a slightly firmer feeling grip, but you want the added security of the half waffle, I think these grips are nearly perfect.  Not to mention, finding a Specialized shop isn’t that hard and they seem to always be in stock.  Mine are in the basic all black, but they do offer them in a couple of wild looking colors if that’s your thing.  I’ve torn the end of one grip, a little shoe goo and it’s fine.
