I’ve tried digging online and have had little success.

Specifically, I am trying to find the thread pitch on the shock body for the Marzocchi Bomber CR rear coil shock. It’s nice to know how much preload each revolution of the shock collar gives.

Are all Fox/Marz coil shock the same?

If that’s what you’re looking for, I would just count ten threads and measure them with a set of calipers, then divide by ten to get your preload distance per shock collar revolution.

Did that make any sense? I only recommend the count ten threads then divide by ten thing to make the measurement a little more accurate than trying to eyeball one tiny thread on its own.

Makes perfect sense. That’ll be the plan tomorrow. Thanks!

Still hoping someone (@TheSuspensionLabNZ ?) might have the official answer.

I know I’ve found in the past for the DVO Jade.

Most preload collars are 1mm pitch, makes it nice and simple!

Thank you!
