Hey milkman, the cons we mentioned are not something that regards the construction or longevity of the product and that's why they didn't affect the final score. When this fork is dialed then the ride quality is top notch.

It's true as I mentioned in the review. Also, turning the knobs don't require the same amount as the low speed circuits are needle controlled and the high speed are like a sophisticated shim stack. It takes a bit of patience but eventually you'll get the settings right.

Only a quick glance from the top to take out a volume spacer. Couldn't tell if the amount was excessive.

I've been riding the fork since they come out, it's taken a lot of fettling, but here are my observations. - Take the fork out of the box and service it, the air spring will take special tooling to remove. But remove the excessive grease and re-assamble with correct fluid levels and grease in the right spots - more air less tokens, 1 or 0 tokens is the ticket for these, they are inherantly progressive, the more travel the worse this becomes. I am running 0 tokens at 180mm travel and 117psi. - Open LSR more than suggested (way more)...

No question about the price being at the top, but it is important to remember that these wheels are designed without any limits. We're sure that we'll see this clever rim design trickle down to a way more affordable product in the future. Cheers for the feedback!
