Nope it’s got about 1.5mm of clearance. Never had any rub from it. The bike is way too good!

Love to the tilt, Great build! Did your oval chainring rub the chainstay? I had to .5 space my AB 32t.

@Applejack it helps that I can get away with lighter casing tires and no inserts. Alloy bikes don’t have to be heavy!

Chris Canfield with his CBF. Canfield was also making high pivot idler bikes that worked, way before it was cool. I am not sure why CBF hasn't caught on more over the years as it is a pretty amazing platform that is a good compromise of plushness and efficiency.
