Good thing they got rid of the perforated neoprene (sarcasm). My RaceFace Flanks only lasted a season before they were getting too loose due to the tears. The neoprene was tearing at the stitching, just like paper being torn out of a spiral notebook. At least the holes aren't as big in this updated version.

So sick. A 6 inch travel bike under 26 lbs? No way! This needs to be Bike of the Day for sure.

This man's name made a deep impression in my long-term memory for his shot(s) of Emmeline Ragot's "spectacular finish" at Windham last year. Compared to the others, I must say that this man has some sharp senses for the kind of shot that fits my tastes. The only other photog that impressed me was Toby, mainly for his effort in getting his shots, giving a very unique perspective from something like a hawk or groundhog.

This doesn't change the point I'v tried to make, where they said in the video that its a PROGRESSIVE rate, while in the graph its a RISING/REGRESSIVE rate, and if its like you(Dynamatt) said, then in reality its actually a LINEAR rate. linear is OK in some circumstances, but progressive is much better at resisting bottoming out. most bikes on the market, especially AM/Enduro bikes have a progressive rate. the overall Leverage ratio is really high, too, which is not good for anything. Make up your mind, GT, we are confused!

That carbon looks thick! Thick = more vibration damping. Maybe that's what he means by ride feel, maybe to mute things like braking bumps, that might address rider fatigue, arm pump, etc. Might even be less likely to death grip if you're hands aren't being rattled loose as much.

Dang, that really is a high pivot. Much higher than the Devinci Wilson's and rivals the Zerode's. I love the tube shaping on the Force, and the team colors. I just wonder about the rear braking influence on the suspension, as the brakes are mounted/anchored on the primary swingarm and it looks to be more prone to the effects of brake squat.

Thanks for the review spotlight, Vital! I actually had to edit the review thanks to the spotlight, to fix my embarrassingly sloppy wording.

Ah, my mistake. I just reviewed the 22 Test Session trail bikes to confirm. Thanks for clearing that up. Keep up the good work. I love the "easy-to-digest" format you guys use, using pics and videos in place of words when you can.
