It's a 160mm. I test rode the 475 and to be honest you could get away with either. I went for the 505 as I bought it from Rob Metz (Zerode founder) and he is about the same height as me, rides the 505 and recommended that size so figured he should know. I didn't feel there was a great deal of difference, the smaller frame was a bit more lively/flickable but the larger one feels a little more solid and planted so partly depends on your preferred riding style. .
