picked the frame up cheap off craigslist, initially built it up with parts I had lying around and it sucked. Wanted to give it a fair chance so I swapped all the parts off my full suspension and now its pretty sick. the first build was the intended setup, full 27.5, 160mm fork, normal headset. The mullet setup runs a 150mm fork to compensate for the longer a2c, as well as the angleset to further drop the front end. I came up with the "stylus-hawk" thing because my friends have a stylus and a doctahawk, and this bike is somewhere in between. probably gonna try upping the fork to 160 at some point.

update june 2024: been reading too much meat engines, had to give the rigid setup a shot. annoyingly there aren't a whole lot of decent options for longer travel suspension corrected forks, so I ended up going custom. the massive front tire and cushcore plus really make for an incredibly tunable setup, I'm running 11psi at ~190lb rider weight, and it's awesome. heavy as hell but the sidewall support is crazy, rip 29+ you were so misunderstood.
