i understand it's a national championship and there are requirements, but the participant #'s quoted in the bid include XC and STXC, yet the bid is for DH/4X/SuperD only. cut #'s in half (probably less than that in reality) and it's a big effort for a handful of racers, eh? splitting up XC and gravity just seems like a such...

@walker...that is really cool! (i fixed your link too). i always love driving through green river and that part of utah. i stop at the crappy thrift store there just to see what's inside.

am i a dick to think there won't be an actual gravity national champs in 2011? not because the dhers and people like JDD don't care, but because the governing body can't be bothered. maybe we can determine DH national champ with a video contest on vital instead?
