Hello. With the chainguide had no problems. But had troubles with the 170mm cranks cause there are really nasty pedal strikes. Eventyally the right crank failed and broke. Now I'm running the aluminium Raceface Aeffect Crankset with 165mm. The pedal strikes decreased a lot but didn't end completly. I didn't feel any change in pedaling.

I used the Ridewrap tailored. Decided to go GLOSS. The Huckleberry is matte but I really like the gloss look because it shines!!! Happy riding. The Spire is colossal!

Hello. My yellow rear elastomer is actually a bumpstop shock from a Seat Toledo 1998. I had to cut it to the right size, because they are long. Try to go to a car's part store and keep asking for different models till you find one
(that's what I did) You must find one with a 8mm hole and cilindrical shape. I will post a foto with one similar. And yes when I've bought this bike this became my main problem and I've spend lots of time trying to figure out how to solve it because the original elastomers...

Hey Simao. I just acquired a 1993 ProFlex 953 exactly like yours at a neighbor's garage sale last week. I was riding back in 1993, so I'm psyched to own a piece of 90s dual suspension history! I was wondering, is your rear yellow elastomer new or original? The one on my "new" bike is hard as a rock. To reinvigorate the plush rear travel, I need a new elastomer. Any ideas where to find one? Is it actually a car shock? Did you go through this same challenge?

I love the idea of using a bumpstop from a car's suspension for the rear shock! That's clever, and for a bike from that era, probably better than the Noleen original!
