Zerode G27.5

Parts
General Info
Meet the Battleship.
I bought it off of the guys at Vertigo Bikes in Queenstown just under a year ago after I cracked my Turner on one fine day of shredding. It was their "Flagship Rental", and it was the only large-sized G2 (26" at the time of perchase) that I could find and make an offer on. Why did I do that though? This was/is my dream bike dating back to when I first saw one here on Vital via Eddy Masters' wild riding. I new it would be a great fit because I have no finess when I ride..."point and shoot" you could say. They were hard to come by though, and so when I approached the Vertigo gents about purchasing it from them and they said, "Everything is for sale...!" I knew not to miss the opportunity.
I call it "the mistake eraser" because of the insane wheel path; I bought the 27.5 conversion rear end from Zerode directly after I got the bike, and then made the full switch to bigger wheels this winter.
Special touches include: loads of "moto foam" (Actually repurposed package foam from the old Avid Code boxes); a few bits of builders grip tape on the shifter levers; Custom mud guard to cover the transmission, with a sweet as repurposing of a Zéfal mud fender glued on that I got at Interbike from The Dude himself; lots of cheeky stickers from The Oatmeal, and a couple on the downtube because those ones make you faster - that's a fact. The PBR bottle cap is also worth +3 flame decals.
