Yes, it had allready disk mounts. Rear was released over a Point-Adapter, original from GT... now I use a A2Z-Universal Adapter and it works and looks very nice

Good a place as any to ask! A friend of mine owns and still rides one of these! But he needs a new shock and nothing exists in that length. It was a coil shock that seem a little longer than that one. Amazing thing is this bike has seen an incredible amount of use and it's actually all the aluminum parts of the frame that are failing and not the thermoplastic tubes.

I remember when these were the shit and only option you had for a serious MTB. Those were the dark ages and that should be hanging on a wall.
