If you get the chance, try a Showers Pass Refuge jacket. Unbelievably good. Waterproof (30 or 40K) and breathable (again 30 or 40K) and very durable finish. I can't get over how nice they are.

4/13/2021 8:50am Here are the pics of it opened and closed. The lever used to point straight down then at 90°. But not anymore.

Love this video, but I had to take a break to make this comment before going back to finish it. That soundtrack is making me go a little crazy. It's not the style of it, it's that the modulation is making it go off pitch. So, instead of it being relaxing it actually does the opposite. Just a bit of feedback for the next vid. Please do another one of these!

To the word...but maybe with Norco instead of Privateer/Marin..or maybe all 3 included. Nukeproof is on fire though...I'd buy from them even the gravel bike, not only the future Giga and/or Megawatt(or whatever name it will have).

If there's the possibility to do next year's test in two locations where the bikes can be tested on two different types of trails, that would be fantastic. It would help us narrow down our purchasing decisions much better.

Why doesn't the video load for me? I can see the suspension video fine, but not the main one. This is the same for me with the other Test Sessions as well.

Yes, but it's HOW it was ridden on them that I'd like to see. A hardtail could've been ridden on each of those trail sections, albeit gingerly. I like the video footage because it gives me an idea of what the bike is capable of on my trails and in the style of riding I do. TBH, the review gave me a much more capable view of the bike than the video does. So I'm not sure whether to believe my eyes or believe my eyes (vid vs text).
