the main focus of my workouts is core work/stabilization work and deadlift, kettle swing, burpess since I have seen the most gains from that as far as riding goes. I also focus on shoulder work but that's mostly due to two separated shoulders. Lower body work is minimal outside stretching which is great for riding. That's my general work out...
Interesting idea no doubt but the lack of float is a big issue. If there was a way to engineer a little pivot with some springs in the pedal that would simulate float that would be a step forward. I think there was a flat pedal that was attempting the simulated float of a clipless pedal but I don't remember...

Take a look at the Spank Oozy 295 trail wheels. They are reasonably priced and actually really light and tough. I have taken a couple hard hits on mine and they are still true and tight. Give them a look.

Out of those three Yeti for sure but might want to consider the Banshee Rune. Definitely a lower price and heavier (no Carbon Frame) but 160mm travel and adjustable geometry (65-66 Degree HTA). Worth a look

So quick question I am hoping someone can help me with. Is there any difference between the 2014 Cove Hustler and the Switchback bikes Unveil 7? From the what i have read and the pictures they look almost the exact same and I am curious if any one can confirm this for me. Thanks.
