Those instructions are perfect, I had a similar experience. I don't recommend the tar remover, you will apply it to a freshly built bike, just clean it with the shampoo spray bottle. I think that is just the case the bike was used before. Here are the main directives
: - Time, a lot of it, it took me about 8h straight to complete every part of the Capra, I wanted it to be perfect - The spray bottle with shampoo is your best friend, use it and abuse it, it can solve anything if it is going wrong...

the Slik graphics decals are very easy to apply. The Invisiframe is tricky, requires patience, but simple to do after you get the hang of it.
