I'll start reaching out to companies and see what I hear back. The damage appears from 3-4mm from the top, might be possible to reface, I'll take another look and consider that as an option. The FSA headset catalog will be your best resource here. They have drawings for all their headsets. Also, if you have enough material, you can shave the head tube down with a facing tool to remove some of the damage.
